Q: Do tours run during Balloon Fiesta & Halloween?
A: Yes! In fact, this is one of our busiest times. Tour sell out early so book in advance. Don't forget private tours are available for groups of 5 to 150 - perfect for corporate events, bachelorette parties, reunions, or friends wanting an intimate experience.
Q: What if it’s raining, snowing, or there’s bad weather during my tour?
A: Our ghost tours run rain or shine — no matter the conditions. Whether it’s blazing sun, rain showers, snow, icy evenings, or even a thunderstorm, the spirits of Old Town don’t take the night off, and neither do we!
To get the best experience, dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Winter nights: Temperatures can drop fast, so bundle up with warm layers, a winter jacket, scarf, hat, gloves, and warm footwear.

A: No, alcoholic beverages are not allowed during the tour. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
If you’ve been drinking before the tour, we ask that you only join if you’re able to participate respectfully and safely — walking through historic Old Town requires focus and care.
Guests who are disruptive or visibly intoxicated may be asked to leave by the Ghost Host for the comfort and safety of others. In such cases, tickets are non-refundable.
